José Gramaglia

José Gramaglia has been involved with software development for over than 15 years. He graduated as BS Information System Engineer in 2001 in Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. In 2002 he has joined Belatrix as a programmer, and then at the beginning of 2005 he started performing as Lead-Developer. A couple of years later he became an Account Manager overseeing and coaching other leaders at the company. In 2008 he became Program Manager. In 2010 he certificated as Scrum Master. Currently he is in charge of 6 accounts with around 50 people. During these 15 years he has participated in or managed around 40 different projects, from different industries from Multi-Level Marketing, passing through assurance companies, health care, financial institutions to bank industry.
