Belatrix has very good relationships with local Universities such as Universidad Teconológica Nacional (UTN), Universidad de Mendoza y Universidad Champagnat among others as well as with international institutions such as Utah Valley State University. We sponsor plenty of different activities in these institutions such as  training programs, internships, scholarships, etc.

Invest heavily in training and development programs

The IT field changes so rapidly and it is also so demanding that we know we can not rely on our people picking up new technologies and skills solely on their own. We have a Professional Development Area at Belatrix that works with our Human Resource Area and our leadership to identify training needs and coordinate appropriate programs to train our people. In 2008, we provided over 400 hours of on-site technical training and over 600 hours of in-company English language training.
