Quality Policies

Belatrix Software applies best Quality Assurance practices to ensure our services exceed our clients' expectations. 

  • Become acquainted with clients to attain a product or service that meets their needs.
  • Use procedures to ensure the quality of the service applying international standards.
  • Foster activities to develop our human resources’ competences.

Belatrix is assessed at CMMi Level 3 Maturity – Feb. 2013

 

Information Security Policy:

Belatrix determines that the information and the equipment used for processing it are strategic resources, and considers this policy as an integral part of their business practices. These practices confer an intrinsic value to the company, increasing their credibility, reputation and fulfilling the obligation to protect the investment of its shareholders.
Belatrix is committed to ensuring compliance with: laws, rules, regulations and contractual obligations, therefore establishes different criteria for information classification, based on the requirements of integrity, confidentiality and availability, and ensures the proper treatment to align these criteria to international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
Belatrix also establishes criteria based on security risk analysis including: people, processes and technology, with a proactive vision and looking for continuous improvement, aligned with the company culture and the Information Security Management System.

Belatrix determines that Information Security is a responsibility of the entire organization.
