Training is a way of life at Belatrix. We offer employees more than 120 hours of training each year. In addition we also have more informal training processes – for example encouraging individuals within the organization to become experts in their own field, and offering them the platform and resources to train others. And although everyone speaks English at Belatrix we have developed comprehensive English programs with full-time teachers to ensure constant improvement.

Belatrix has delivery centers located in Mendoza, Buenos Aires and Lima. Each of these cities has top-class universities producing excellent technical talent. In Lima alone there are more than 40 public and private universities with software-related careers; in Buenos Aires there are over 25 universities with dedicated technology programs. Belatrix has a constant presence in each of these locations, speaking on average every 6-8 weeks at a university. We also regularly invite students from local universities to get practical experience during their studies.
