As CEO, Luis has been pivotal in shaping the innovation focused, collaborative culture of the firm, defining its strategic course, and empowering the leadership team to achieve the vision. He’s dedicated to deepen Belatrix’s “innovation” value proposition to the market through initiatives designed to empower Belatrix’s developers to be proactive in sharing ideas and best practices for product innovation. By building on Belatrix’s flat and open, highly collaborative organizational culture, the firm strives to become an essential partner to its clients.
Luis also leads Belatrix´s Governance Committee which exists to monitor the progress of customer projects to ensure they meet specific KPIs. This allows him to stay close to clients. He’s also highly active in the community where he participates in the region’s economic development initiatives. This has earned him numerous awards for his contributions to those efforts.
Celebrating almost 40 years of professional experience, prior to founding Belatrix, Luis held executive positions in several large multinational firms, such as IMPSA Group, Macri Group, TCA Brazil, among others.
One of Belatrix’s three Founders and a member of its Board of Directors, Alex Robbio currently serves as the firm’s President. Alex has played a pivotal role in transforming Belatrix from a small Argentinean IT Services firm to a specialist global innovation firm enjoying year over year, double digit growth. In his capacity as President, Alex drives the firm’s strategic planning efforts.
Traveling frequently, Alex meets regularly with Belatrix’s clients which include not only Fortune level established firms, but also mid-stage fast growth firms. Alex also represents Belatrix at international industry events and other key industry organizations.
Prior to Belatrix, Alex held several high-ranking positions at important software companies both in Argentina and the US. Alex earned a bachelor of science in psychology with honors from National University of San Luis, San Luis, Argentina. He later obtained a graduate certificate in business management from the National Technological University (UTN), in Mendoza, Argentina. He then completed the Kellogg Management Program, at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, in Chicago.
Federico Robbio is a Founding Partner of Belatrix as well as a Board Member. Federico has operational responsibility for Belatrix’s Finance & Accounting and Human Resources. In addition to day-to-day oversight of Belatrix’s financial management, Federico is responsible for leading the firm’s financial planning and forecasting initiatives and ensuring strong profitability and overall corporate performance.
Additionally, Federico’s team works to capitalize on all private and institutional financing programs from economic stimulation programs in the markets in which Belatrix operates. These include relationships with various software industry bodies such as Cessi, in Argentina, and governmental funding agencies.
Federico has a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from the National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina) and holds an MBA from the Francisco de Vitoria University in Spain as well as an MBA from the ADEN Business School, Mendoza, Argentina.
Federico currently lives in Mendoza, Argentina, with his wife and two children. He loves both road and mountain biking, paddle and airplane modeling when he’s able to find the time.
Ariel Seoane is Vice President of Belatrix’s Professional Services Group. Ariel has overall strategic and operational responsibility for Belatrix’s services portfolio, including software development and QA & Testing. Ariel’s primary focus is on ensuring that Belatrix delivers its custom software engineering services to an impeccably high quality standard. An equally important focus is on making certain that Belatrix attracts, leverages, and grows the highest caliber software engineers possible to meet clients’ innovation objectives.
As a Member of Belatrix´s Governance Committee, Ariel works with client stakeholders and project teams to help them achieve all the goals defined for a given engagement, including functionality, quality, and timeline.
Ariel’s professional background includes working with world-class companies, international consultancies, and even founding a company of his own. This experience gives Ariel a unique vision of the services business. He has worked with companies such as Intersoft, New Technologies, Foundation Systems, and Everis (ex DMR).
Ariel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer software engineering from the Buenos Aires Technological Institute. Originally from Buenos Aires, Ariel now lives in Mendoza with his wife and daughter.
Horacio Yenaropulos is Belatrix’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO Horacio has operational responsibility for Belatrix’s finance and accounting division.
Horacio has more than 20 years of leadership experience in diverse organizations, and has expertise in corporate strategy and finance, financial planning, investor relations, and risk management.
Prior to joining Belatrix, Horacio held senior financial leadership positions at leading companies in Latin America, including Hidronor Chile , Vina San Pedro Wine Group, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Argentina. At PwC, where Horacio spent 14 years, he was the manager of its financial consulting group, where he advised and guided organizations on financial and corporate strategy.
Horacio has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina).
Coming from a technology focused family, Pepe has lived and breathed technology and science since childhood. As VP Innovation, Pepe is responsible for driving and fostering Belatrix’s unique innovation culture. He oversees different projects to help diversify Belatrix’s business, and ensure a constant focus on creating, selecting, and building upon new ideas. Pepe joined Belatrix in 2003, and in 2005 he led his first team. By 2008 he was promoted to Program Manager. In 2014 Pepe moved temporarily to Lima, Peru to build, mentor and consolidate the leadership team there. Pepe also jointly runs Belatrix´s center of excellence initiative.
Pepe received his bachelor of science degree in software engineering in 2001 from the National Technological University (UTN) in Mendoza, Argentina. In 2013 Pepe received his specialization in management from ADEN Business School.
When he is not working, Pepe enjoys playing with his kids and spending time with his loved wife. When time allows he enjoys biking in the mountains, playing ping pong, swimming, and visiting his family’s old garage to experiment with tools and technologies.
Santiago Noziglia is Belatrix’s Senior VP of Business Development. In this role he leads a team responsible for growing Belatrix’s business. Santi brings with him over 10 years of commercial, human resource, and leadership experience. He has been an entrepreneur most of his life, having co-founded Waragon, a specialist IT recruitment company for five years. As CEO he took the company from a small start-up to an international organization with a presence in several Latin American countries, until its successful exit in 2014.
In his capacity as People Care and Career Development Manager, Horacio holds overall organizational responsibility for talent management, development and training, benefits and compensation, performance appraisal, as well as personnel administration, employee relations and legal compliance.
Horacio’s role is to design, manage, and refine the company’s annual internal training program to ensure that all Belatrix’s engineers meet the firm’s rigorous technical standards as well as to deepen their areas of professional expertise and encourages them to think creatively. Belatrix’s investment in training is not only an enabler for all of firm’s employees but serves as a competitive differentiator from other Latin American firms.
Before joining Belatrix in 2011, Horacio’s professional experience included work as a Global Recruitment & Training Programs Coordinator at the multinational company, IMPSA, Mendoza, Argentina. Additionally, Horacio’s background includes experience as a tenured professor at several leading universities.
Horacio holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Aconcagua University, Mendoza, Argentina, as well as two postgraduate degrees in HR administration. He likes playing soccer, paddle, tennis and squash, but most of all he enjoys sharing time with his wife and his new baby.
Fernando González is the V.P. Marketing of Belatrix and is responsible for all external and internal communications, promotions and sales actions, and lead generation. Fernando is also responsible for developing the content generation strategy, aimed at satisfying the growing demand for quality technical content. Fernando works closely with Belatrix´s human resource teams in designing and executing the recruitment marketing strategies.
Fernando has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from University of Aconcagua in Mendoza, where he was also a teacher for 12 years. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Fernando has started various companies in the past. His last adventure was a travel agency in which he served as manager and co-founder for 9 years. He’s also taught marketing and businesses at the National Technological University (UTN) and University of Mendoza.
Fernando loves climbing mountains and outdoor life. He lives in Colombia with his wife and 2 girls.

Gustavo Loubet is Director of Belatrix´s Process Area. Gustavo has operational responsibility for ensuring the quality of processes in the company through the certification of international standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, and ISO 27001. Gustavo focuses on the operational processes of professional services (development and QA), including support areas (HR and recruitment). He is also responsible for developing the strategic planning of the company.
Before joining Belatrix in 2007, Gustavo worked as a developer for 6 years and also spent 3 years as chief of standards certifications.
Gustavo holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the Juan Agustín Maza University, in Mendoza, Argentina. In his personal time he practices motocross and enjoys sharing time with his family.
Martín Alfieri joined Belatrix in 2012 as a technology leader for Belatrix´s architecture design services. In 2013 he was promoted to project leader, and then in 2014 to program manager. As Belatrix’s Delivery Manager, Martin is responsible for coordinating and sharing best practices between teams, and ensuring service levels across projects and clients. Martín brings an enthusiastic perspective combined with a challenge-driven philosophy towards this role.
Prior to joining Belatrix, Martín was a team leader at Capgemini, where he served as the subject matter expert for configuration management. Based in Mumbai, India, for one year, he coordinated multi-national teams in Spain, France, and India. Prior to Capgemini, Martín also gained experience at leading technology service providers such as Siemens IT Solutions and Services, and T-Systems.
Martín received his bachelor’s degree from the National Technological University (UTN) in Argentina. In 2014 Martín moved to Lima, Perú. Here he enjoys training for marathons and triathlons.
Franco Fiorini joined Belatrix in 2007, originally as a QA Engineer, then team lead, and finally became Director of Accounts in 2012. In 2012 he also became a certified Scrum Master. As Director of Accounts, Franco is responsible for several projects and accounts. Franco is highly oriented to customer satisfaction and always aims to understand customer needs and requirements from their point of view.
Prior to joining Belatrix, Franco worked at ACP. There he developed many sub-systems for Mendoza’s government and acquired a strong understanding of the requirements gathering process.
Franco received his bachelor’s degree in software engineering in 2010 from the National Technological University (UTN), in Mendoza, Argentina. Originally from La Pampa, Franco moved to Mendoza to attend college and fell in love with the city. Now, he lives at Mendoza with his wife and son, enjoying outdoor activities like mountain biking and trekking. He enjoys travelling all around the world and learning about new cultures.
As Director of Quality Assurance, Monica Colombo leads Belatrix’s QA and Testing practice. In that role, Monica has overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of Belatrix’s global QA & Testing solutions, orchestration and growth of Belatrix’s QA Engineers, and recruitment of new QA engineers to complement the firm’s custom, product-centric software development services for innovation-focused companies. Monica’s group has implemented highly demanding and mission critical QA projects that range from banking and financial sectors to large e-commerce solutions.
Mónica’s team continuously works to use creative testing strategies to produce better product outcomes. As a Certified Scrum Master, she integrates Agile methodology into QA processes, supporting Belatrix´s Scrum software development background.
Monica began her professional career in 1993 and, before joining Belatrix, held multiple positions at different companies and areas such as banking, financial, government, and IT companies. In addition, Monica has been a university professor for over 20 years in the National Technological University (UTN), in Mendoza.
Monica received a bachelor of science degree in software engineering in 1993 from the National Technological University (UTN), in Mendoza, Argentina. She holds three master’s degrees from the same institution. Monica lives in Mendoza with her husband and teenage daughter.
María Luz Costa is responsible for talent acquisition at Belatrix. She is responsible for managing a team distributed across Mendoza, Buenos Aires and Lima. The team is responsible for all recruitment activities, and finding and selecting the top talent in Argentina and Peru.
Prior to joining Belatrix, María was an organizational consultant at Umbral Capital Humano where she specialized in recruitment, people selection, and active participation in soft-skills recruitment training.
She received her degree in human resources in 2006 from Champagnat University, Mendoza, Argentina.
She lives in Mendoza and her favorite hobby is having fun with her daughters, family and friends.
As head of Talent Acquisition, María Mercedes Jauregui is responsible for ensuring that Belatrix Software’s global recruitment and employee engagement plans are aligned with the firm’s overall services and people strategy. One of Mercedes’s main areas of focus is enabling Belatrix to operationalize its recruiting process. Given Agile development’s emphasis on strong teamwork, Mercedes and her team ensure that the firm attracts the right new engineering talent and expertise to meet the needs of client engagements. To support this, she and her team use different strategies, including promoting Belatrix widely with regional academic institutions, as well as the community at large.
Mercedes also focuses on the firm’s people engagement and retention strategy. This includes ensuring that all new hires are successfully integrated into the firm, and that each employee has what he/she needs to be successful in their role.
Prior to Belatrix, Mercedes worked as an HR Analyst for Nabors International Argentina, an oil services company, and was an organizational consultant at Manpower Argentina, where she specialized in recruitment, people selection, and participation in soft-skills recruitment training.
She received her degree in human resources in 2006 from Champagnat University, Mendoza, Argentina.
She lives in Mendoza and her favorite hobby is travelling and learning about new cultures.
Rubén Lorenzo is a Director of Accounts with Belatrix´s professional services team. Rubén started as a senior software developer at Belatrix in 2006 and was quickly promoted to lead developer, team leader, and Scrum Master prior to his current role. Rubén is also head of the new delivery center that Belatrix opened in 2014 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He strives to promote Belatrix´s unique innovation focused culture at this new office as well as achieve growth expectations in Buenos Aires.
Rubén began his career in 1999 as an IT consultant, mostly focused on networking and training on computers and networking. Before joining Belatrix, he also worked at a public health organization (OSEP).
Rubén received his bachelor’s degree in information systems from the National Technological University (UTN), in Mendoza, Argentina.
Rubén currently lives in Buenos Aires, leading the initiative of the new delivery center. He enjoys spending time with his family and also biking, running, and crossfit and functional training.
Mauricio has been working on software development for almost 15 years. He has a BS Systems Engineer degree from the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional in Argentina. In 2007 he joined Belatrix as Lead Developer. In 2010 he became a certified Scrum Master.
During the seven years in Belatrix he has participated in five projects from different industries. His experience also includes projects for banking and manufacturing industries among others.
In his free time he enjoys riding bikes, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Víctor joined Belatrix in 2016 as a Director of Accounts. He manages several US accounts and is responsible for ensuring that the needs of Belatrix customers are met on time.
Prior to joining Belatrix, Víctor was a product manager in SAP Ariba. He worked with teams in different continents, designing business to business applications to enhance the management of supply chains, particularly in the chemical, mining and energy industries.
Víctor received his bachelor’s degree from the Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University (UNPRG). In 2004 he moved from Chiclayo (in the north of Peru) to Lima. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his children and photography.

Alok has over 30 years of management experience in the high tech industry covering hardware, software and services. He has served as CEO and held senior executive positions in line and staff functions. In addition he also has over 15 years experience serving on various boards of public and private companies.
Alok has a strong focus on the economics of taking products to market and the associated sales motions and required marketing activities. He has a strong focus and extensive experience in M&A, being directly involved in over 25 buy and sell transactions of companies or divisions. Meanwhile he has also served on audit committees as a ‘finance expert’. He has helped start-up and early stage technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Alok received his MBA in finance 1972 , Indiana University, and his BE in mechanical engineering in 1969 from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.
Rodney Aiglstorfer is an entrepreneur, startup advisor and investor with a strong background in finance, internet and mobile.
As Advisor, Rodney provides Belatrix with guidance on service offerings, market opportunities, and networking. In particular, Rodney has helped Belatrix expand outside of the traditional tech corridors to provide complete turn-key engineering teams for early stage startups.
Previously Rodney was the CTO and Co-Founder of mFoundry (now part of FIS). Rodney was the principal visionary behind all of mFoundry’s award winning mobile technologies, products and services. With hundreds of clients and over a million active users, mFoundry stands as the industry leader in large scale SaaS solutions for mobile retail and business banking services.
