We work using Agile development, and in particular, Scrum. As a result, we work in small, empowered teams, which typically consist of 4 developers, 2 quality assurance experts, and 1 Scrum Master. Teams may also have other profiles, such as UX designers, or other experts working in them. Of course, many customers will have multiple teams working for them, or so-called “Scrum-of-Scrums”. We will work with you to find the optimal team composition for your project.
As we mentioned in the previous question, we work using Agile development. We have experience with different Agile methodologies, although we typically use Scrum. Such a team will have a mix of senior and junior developers. Typically a team will consist of 4 developers, 2 quality assurance expert, and 1 Scrum Master. We recommend having a full-time quality assurance expert as part of the team. Depending on your needs, we will bring in other experts, such as UX designers, into the team.
Yes, some of our projects are fix bid while most projects are ongoing but, please, feel free to contact us to learn more about fix bid projects.
