Belatrix is recognized as the 4th Best Place to Work in Argentina

Belatrix was very proud to be awarded yesterday as the 4th best place to work in Argentina, by the company “Great Place to Work”. Great Place to Work recognizes and rewards those companies with an exceptional workplace culture. The evaluation process involves employee surveys and in-depth questionnaires. This year’s award follows on from our success in Peru in the Great Place to Work awards in 2015.

Creating a great workplace culture is important to Belatrix. We recognize that there is a scarcity of tech talent available, which makes it even more important that we invest in providing an environment where people can learn, and build long-term careers. The Great Place to Work Award capped off an excellent week for Belatrix, following our recent recognition as “Exporter of the Year” 2016 in Mendoza. Each year the executives of the most important companies in Mendoza gather for the ceremony, which recognizes those companies that have created new products or made new investments that should be shared by the community in Mendoza.

Belatrix continues to grow rapidly, with revenue expected to increase 35% in 2016. Plans are afoot for opening new development centers both in Lima, where we already have more than 150 employees, and further expansion to Bogotá, Colombia in 2017.
