I’m immensely proud to be able to announce that yesterday we held the official inauguration of our new Mendoza headquarters. The event was a tremendous success, and we were delighted to welcome clients, family, friends, staff, Mendoza’s Governor Alfredo Cornejo, and Mayor Rodolfo Suarez, along with other local dignitaries.
It’s been quite a journey to opening the office, since we first started planning the move a couple of years ago. As Belatrix continues to grow, we realized we wouldn’t be able to stay in our former offices. After looking at possible options, we decided upon one of the oldest and well-known buildings in the city. Working together with the local government, we have fully renovated and restored the building to its former glory. The building provides the great contrast between its historical facade on the outside, and the inside with a modern, high-tech workplace aimed to foster innovation and promote collaboration – essential given all our work is based on Agile software development.
The modern, urban style of our office has been created, because we recognize that in order to deliver innovation-on-demand services to our clients, we have to blend different skills together – from our UX experts, to our software engineers and quality assurance professionals, to our innovation labs focusing on cutting-edge areas such as blockchain. Creating great digital experiences for our clients, means we have to build an environment where it’s easy to share expertise, foster collaboration, and that ultimately represents a new way of delivering services for the digital world.
This move represents the latest step in Belatrix’s journey. It’s a far cry from when I remember we first built the initial desks of our first office many years ago. I want to thank everyone that has helped make this possible, and if you are in Mendoza, then please stop by and say hello! Here are some photos of our offices, and the event.
