Providing our clients with gold-standard service at the Olympic Games

It’s been a few weeks now since the end of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio, but Belatrix was hard at work both during the Games and afterwards, supporting one of our clients who is one of the main sponsors of the event.

The Olympics are all about excellence, and that applies not just for the athletes, but also for those companies which look to the Games to provide unparalleled worldwide exposure and marketing opportunities. But with that comes pressure. And that’s why one of the major Olympic sponsors looked to Belatrix’s expertise and knowledge to make sure everything ran like clockwork.

Belatrix provided the system administration, security, and team management for one of the main sites of our client. We implemented system improvements which had been prepared in Belatrix’s headquarters prior to the event. It was necessary to ensure the technology worked perfectly every day throughout the Games, and following the event make sure that strict privacy and security policies were followed, including the destruction of all private information.

Unfortunately due to reasons of confidentiality we can’t provide more details about the work we were doing at the Olympics, but suffice to say, it was a tremendous experience being in Rio, and supporting our client achieve their objectives at one of the most high profile events in the world. We’re already looking forward to Tokyo 2020!
