About Hubert Smits
Noted Agile expert, author, and thought leader, Hubert Smits has been one of the pioneers of Agile. Hubert worked closely with Ken Schwaber and Mike Cohn who founded The Agile Alliance in 2002. He has contributed to countless articles on the methodology and even co-authored the Agile Roadmap Program. Hubert became a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) in 2005. Since then, he has trained thousands of CSMs throughout the world. Currently based in Denver, Colorado, Hubert has his own independent consulting practice where he coaches executives and developers on how to master Agile. Working extensively with companies throughout North America, South America, UK and Europe, he has mentored countless development teams during their planning sessions and retrospectives.

Jose Gramaglia has dedicated over fifteen years developing applications and working with distributed teams. He has proactively managed over 40 different projects, overcoming all kinds of challenges that distributed teams can faced. Being a Certified Scrum Master, his unique experience includes applying agile processes within mission-critical global projects that cross different industries, including Financial and Insurance, Bio and Healthcare and Multi-Level Marketing. Gramaglia has been working at Belatrix Software since the company was founded, originally as a developer and then rising to more strategic roles as a Lead Developer or Account Manager.
