The recruiting and networking event took place at Belatrix’s offices in Buenos Aires
Belatrix Software, a leading software development company, hosted the WomenHack event in its offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Veronica Olivetto, Belatrix’s People Care Coordinator and Alejandra Roitman, Leader Coach, attended the event.
WomenHack is a community that aims to give visibility to women in the technology labor market. The initiative, led by Marina Petrenko, Director of Operations and Business Development, organizes recruiting and networking events worldwide, providing women easy access to the spectrum of companies and talented individuals who are committed to equality and inclusiveness in technology.
During the event, Veronica Oliveto, Belatrix’s People Care Coordinator, spoke about the importance of a diverse workforce in building high-quality products and in delivering added value to customers. Belatrix is well known for highlighting the work of female employees and leaders who have been key in helping the company grow. For example, in 2018, Belatrix held initiatives such as “Successful Women in Technology”. Belatrix has been recognized by international organizations, such as Great Place to Work, for being a company that has built a high performing, inclusive workplace, that emphasizes trust and communication with its employees.
Alejandra Roitman, Leader Coach at Belatrix, also attended the event, and spoke about how the company has enabled her not only to fulfill her professional goals but also to create strong bonds with the teams she has led.
