Local dignitaries and politicians visit the construction of Belatrix’s new offices
Belatrix Software, a leading software development company, invited local dignitaries to the pre-opening of its new headquarters in Mendoza, Argentina. The Governor of Mendoza, Alfredo Cornejo, and Economics Minister, Martín Kerchner, attended the gathering. During the event, Mr Kerchner said he wants to see Mendoza becoming the “Silicon Valley of Argentina”.
Belatrix will soon be formally opening its new headquarters in an iconic building located in the heart of Mendoza city center. The construction has attracted particular interest because it is part of a major initiative to renovate and restore historic properties in the city. Whilst the building will be restored to its former glory, on the inside it will be a modern office, which is being especially designed to help foster Belatrix’s innovative culture, which focuses heavily on Agile software development.
Belatrix’s offices will formally open in December, with the opening ceremony planned for the 14th of December.
The opening of Belatrix’s headquarters follows on from the opening of its new US headquarters in Silicon Valley earlier this year. Belatrix will also be opening new offices in Bogotá, Colombia in the coming weeks. Last week Belatrix received the prestigious IDEA award for Enterprise Institutional Excellence, which recognizes the top businesses in the country
Alex Robbio, President and Co-founder of Belatrix, commented “The new headquarters will mark a new stage in Belatrix’s history. As our offices near completion, we were delighted to host this gathering to show off the progress.”
