Belatrix Software, a global software product design and development services firm, has been selected by MIT Sloan School of Management to serve as a host company in its 2014 Global Entrepreneurship Lab (G-Lab).
Belatrix CEO & Founder Luis Robbio and President Alex Robbio recently attended MIT Sloan’s CEO Summit held on their Cambridge, Massachusetts campus to kick off this year’s projects. Belatrix received the invitation from MIT Sloan at the recommendation of Endeavor, an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing entrepreneurs, Belatrix Software was recently added to Endeavor’s exclusive ranks.
G-LAB is the flagship international internship course at MIT Sloan. The course links teams of MIT Sloan MBA students with entrepreneurs in emerging markets in more than 20 countries around the world. Students collaborate with global entrepreneurs to share their knowledge, experience, and research and assist them with immediate challenges in areas as diverse as internationalization, commercialization, finance, and marketing.
Companies that are selected into the program typically have interesting business models, have achieved success locally and are now at a stage where they are poised to expand globally and are interested in exploring how best to take that next significant step.
