Mauricio Besse – Project Management Leader, CSM at Belatrix Software
Mauricio has worked on software development for more than 12 years. He has a BS Systems Engineer degree from the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional in Argentina. In 2007 he joined Belatrix as Lead Developer. In 2010 he became a certified Scrum Master. He currently leads a six-team project with more than 25 developers and testers, divided in two countries. During the seven years in Belatrix he has participated in five projects from different industries. His experience also includes projects for banking and manufacturing industries among others.
In his free time he enjoys riding bikes, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Luis Raed – Sr. Developer, CSM at Belatrix Software
Experienced Systems Analyst, since 2001 working as a freelancer for many local firms. He started to collaborate with Belatrix in 2008 as a .Net developer, participating in various projects within such industries as: eLearning, MultiLevel Marketing, Financial, Healthcare and Digital Media. Certified as a Scrum Master in 2010, Luis has worked for one of the Belatrix´s largest client from Financial Sector, successfully implementing and promoting the BDD methodology.
