Alejandra Roitman – Team Leader & CSM
During Alejandra´s career, she has worked in quality assurance (QA), and also as a software developer, team leader and Scrum Master. As a result she has deep expertise in the different phases of the software cycle. In the last 3 years, she has focused on the Scrum Master role, following Agile methodologies and being part of different projects. Alejandra holds a BS degree in Systems Engineering and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Karla Bernal – Team Leader & CSM
Karla has over 11 years experience in the technology industry, and has worked as a product business analyst and quality assurance lead. She has significant experience in building excellent rapport with customers situated around the world, as well as coordinating local and offshore team members. She has a BS degree in Computer and Systems Engineering. She is a certified Scrum Master, and is also certified in Kanban. Karla has been working as a project lead at Belatrix for over two years, and has been responsible for four teams during this time.

Julieta Barrionuevo – Team Leader & CSM
Julieta has significant experience as a software developer and project manager. For over 8 years she has been the project lead for multiple client engagements at Belatrix. She is also a certified Scrum Master and has extensive hands-on experience dealing with many kinds of teams. She is a powerful advocate of Scrum principles. Julieta holds a BS degree in Systems Engineering.
